Once you have identified that you need help the question arises as to what is the best option. Two of your options are Outsourcing and Outstaffing, but first you must have a clear understanding of the differences between them.
Outsourcing is working with a third-party typically on a project-based model where the client entrusts the outsourcing company to complete the whole project or ongoing process. The client typically works through a Project Manager and rarely has access to the Outsource company’s team that is working on the project.
Outstaffing is an arrangement where a third-party company provides vetted remote staff based on the requirements you provide. The staff is employed by the Staffing company, but they work under your direction and supervision. The Staffing company pays the wages, benefits, bonuses etc. This arrangement is highly scalable and staff can be easily replaced.
